Biography
Colchester Podiatry is owned by Andrew Barker who is an award winning podiatrist with over 30 year’s experience working in both the NHS and Private Practice. Andrew was the Head of the NHS podiatry for North East Essex for 10 years working closely with local GP’s and hospital consultants to ensure effective and safe foot care. Andrew now works as part of the Abbey Fields Medical Centre Team delivering private podiatry and chiropody from the GP surgery. He also works as Team Leader and Clinical Specialist at Suffolk Podiatry NHS.
Qualifications
- Degree in Podiatric Medicine (BSc)
- Diploma in Podiatry (D Pod M)
- Certificate in use of Local Anaesthesia Certificate of Competence to work under PGD IRMER
